If you are coming from the west (Chesapeake Bay Bridge):
- Take Rt 301 North
- Take Rt 302 East to Barclay, Templeville, then to Marydel
- In Marydel, take Rt 8 East
- Follow Rt 8 to Dover, through the city of Dover
- At the Rt 8/Rt 13 intersection, make a right (see map above)
- At the Rt 13/Rt 113 split, continue left on Rt 113 (see map above)
- Capitol Homes will be on your right about 1/4 mile down the road on
Rt 113 (see map above)
If you are coming from the north
- Follow Rt 1 South through the state
- When you near the Dover area, take Exit 95
- Exit onto Rt 113 North (you will be making a right)
- Travel Rt 113 North approximately one mile, Capitol Homes will be on
your left
If you are coming from the South:
- If you are traveling north on Rt 113, follow Rt 113 to Dover, pass
the Air Force Base. Do not take the Toll Rt 1 Bypass; take the last exit before the Toll
(Exit 95)
- Travel 2 miles and Capitol Homes will be in view on your left
- If you are traveling north on Rt 13, simply follow Rt 13 to Dover,
and make a right at the intersection of Rt 13 and Court Street/South Little Creek Road
